We checked out Samavati’s TikTok and Instagram pages where she uses the handle, Trial Ninjas. Gia Smavati talks a good game. She attempts to highlight her Iranian features to come off acting like an educated Kim Kardashian. Yes, she even cakes on the make-up like a Kardashian. She also appears to addicted spray tanning.
It’s obvious someone is scripting the videos. Samavati is also rehearsing them multiple time before recording them. She definitely hams it up for the camera.
When you first click on her videos you get the impression she’s looking for Muslim sugar daddy. However, the more videos you watch, more she attempts to portray herself as an experienced trial attorney.
Yet, red flags begin to emerge when you start scratching the surface by doing a little research of her career.
Gia Samavati is a single practitioner attorney. Single practioner lawyers are usually lawyers who a “Jack-Of-All Trades and Master-Of-None” type lawyers. They represent drunk drivers and low level criminals. They also will take on dog bite cases or do basic contracts. Single practitioner lawyers do pretty much anything for a client willing to write them a check.
Gia Samavati is no different. Samavati claims on her TikTok account she has recovered millions for her clients. She also boasts to being a personal injury lawyer and as a sports agent. In addition, Samavati’s Super Lawyers profile shows her as a high powered immigration lawyer. However, this appears to be highly dubious.
What Makes A Texas Attorney A “Super Lawyer”
Texas lawyers and like most American lawyers like to brag about being a Super Lawyer. They believe it makes them stand out as one of their state’s preeminent lawyers.
But don’t buy into it. It’s all bullshit. Lawyers who like to brag about being a “Super Lawyer” only do so because they have a lackluster legal career.
Lawyers also believe the public is stupid. They believe the public will buy into their bullshit.
Attorneys will use their “Super Lawyer” bullshit to justify their outlandish fees.
So how does a lawyer become a Super Lawyer? It’s easy. He or She buys it. Hell, even dimwitted Jethro Bodine from The Beverly Hillbillies fame could become one.
A lawyer pays anywhere from $500 to $2,500 to Thomson Reuters to become a “Super Lawyer.” It’s like being in those “Who’s Who listings. You pay to have the “honor” of being on a list.
TEXAS ATTORNEY WARNING: Is Gia Samavati Really What She Says She Is?
Someone in Rasht, Iran claiming to be Samavati’s cousin created a website bashing Samavati and her parents. They claim Samavati and her parents as group of fraudsters. Her cousin goes on to say:
“Her father, Mozafar Samavati was a 4th grade dropout, pimp, con-artist, and drug dealer in Iran and Houston too.
Her mother, Sholeh Samavati or Masoumeh Bashiri a 9th grade dropout and no GED got her pharmacy degree by cheating and selling fake insurance and etc.”
Aside from her cousin talking smack about her and her parents, Samavati still has a serious creditibilty problem. Information about Samavati’s litigation history appears to be pretty sketchy in the circuit courts surrounding Houston.
The federal court’s PACER system indicates Samavati’s boast of being an immigration attorney asre pure bullshit. PACER shows she has only handled 25 federal cases since 2020. However, 19 of those cases involve notorious Texas “Real Estate Racketeer” and fraudster, Ali Choudhri.
So, this brings up questions about her relationship with Ali Choudhri. Samavati appears everywhere with Choudhri. She even appears at court hearings all over Texas in cases where she is not representing him. Is she involved in his alleged racketeering?
So, what the story with Choudhri and Samavati? They claim they are not dating but if you see them together, they sure do act like it. Assuming what Samavati’s cousin wrote on their blog is true, she and Ali Choudhri are a perfect match. They are both a master class in Texas size bullshit.
However, Samavati could run the risk derailing her legal career by palling around with the infamous real estate racketeer.
Samavati is also staring down the barrel of a Texas Bar complaint for not paying her bills with Choudhri. How does MFI-Miami know this? I filed it against her. She and Choudhri still owe MFI-Miami $2000 for testifying in one of rel estate racketeer’s bankruptcy cases in August.
